Clubhouse & Facility Rental
Do you require an event or meeting space?
Throughout entire the year, Lambeth Lawn Bowling Club rents our facility to individuals, companies, organizations or groups. Please contact us for availability and more information.
Facility Rental:
$100 plus $25/hour for the agreed rental period
40 participants maximum
$100 refundable security deposit is required.
Payment
Rental payments, plus security deposit, can be made by e-transfer to LambethLawnBowling@gmail.com (the Club has auto deposit set up so there is no need for password questions and answers). Please include your name and event date in the Notes section of your e-transfer.
Rental fees must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the agreed rental period.
Rental Contract
All renters are required to complete a Rental Contract prior to their event:

Renters’ Liability Insurance:
Renters must take out their own event insurance (Duuo.ca or alternative) and the policy certificate must specifically name “Lambeth Lawn Bowling Club” as an Additional Insured. The liability coverage shall be in the amount of $5 million, and the certificate of insurance must be forwarded to the club contact prior to the event. A copy of the certificate must be displayed on the notice board during the event.
